in touch! And the benefits of membership increase with each new member.
The NATC offers:
- Networking – you are interconnected with like-minded professionals both through the local chapter of your state organization, and through services provided by the national office.
- NATC Website support: access to moderated online discussion forums, calendars of local and nationally significant dates, optional inclusion in the list of NATC members offered to taxpayers seeking assistance, articles on tax-related legislation, links to additional resources.
- Annual Convention providing a minimum of 20 hours of education.

- Education seminars held through affiliated state organizations

Membership Levels
Regular members:
- Qualify as tax consultants or tax practitioners, duly authorized under applicable local law to prepare tax returns
- Agree to abide by the Bylaws and the Code of Ethics
- Possess a background, experience or interests that demonstrate support for the purpose of the Association
- Complete thirty hours of continuing education during each twelve month period ending June 30
Associate members are:
- Persons in any business or profession who are interested in the tax preparation field, and who
- Agree to abide by the Bylaws and the Code of Ethics
