• No information entered by any of our non-member visitors shall be collected or stored beyond the point where it is submitted via an email to an NATC recipient at the visitor's request.
• No information about NATC members shall be displayed to the general public without that member's explicit authorization.
• No personal data shall be stored in such a way that it is vulnerable to harvest by "spam-bots" (programs which roam the Internet, locating and collecting email addresses).
• No member data will be stored in such a way that it may be easily altered by anyone other than the member that owns that data and the NATC staff.
• No member data will be shared with any related organization, or with any firm for a fee, without the express written consent of that member.
